Who we are
An award-winning local chapter of JCI Bangladesh, chartered in 2023 — built by young professionals who believe Dhaka deserves leaders who act.
Born to create impact
JCI Dhaka Impact is a Local Organization of JCI Bangladesh, chartered in 2023 as part of Junior Chamber International — the worldwide network of young active citizens aged 18 to 40. The chapter was founded with one word at its core: impact. Not activity for its own sake, but projects that leave communities measurably better than we found them.
Today we are a family of 40+ members — entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, technologists, marketers, legal minds and creatives — who have delivered 30+ projects in just three years, from career development and IT skills programs to sustainability campaigns and community initiatives.
In February 2026 we celebrated three years of this impactful journey under our guiding spirit: Lead · Connect · Evolve — and our open invitation to every young changemaker in Dhaka remains the same: Join & Rise with Impact.
Our Mission
To provide leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
Our Vision
